A blog dedicated to new music with a focus on indie, folk, and electronic. I generally pick the songs that move my body and on occasion the ones that make me think.
I create these mixes for two purposes: 1) a way for me to keep track of all the new music I come across, and 2) a way for my friends to easily hear it. All too often when searching for new music people get frustrated by the internet. Sometimes you can play the song on the site and sometimes you have to download it. Perhaps you can only hear thirty seconds of a track or there are horrible ads that pop up all over the place. I wanted to create a simple means for people to listen to a band without having to jump through tons of hoops.
Ultimately, I just love music and going to shows and I hope I can share some of that with everyone else.
